Your Spirit is the source
When we are mothers with children with special LOVE needs, we need a high, sustainable level of energy every day. And there are many ways to obtain vital energy, from food, sleep, and movement, to practicing a hobby, consciously connecting with nature, dancing, listening to vibrational music, taking a bath, conscious breathing or having a positive mindset, among others. However, to sustain your own process, the process of your child (whom you are energetically nourishing), and to sustain the family, basically infinite energy is required.
And within us there is the source of infinite energy. We are divinity, and when our divinity in our physical body enters into communion, into union with the source of universal energy—God, the quantum field—our energetic body is activated, it lights up, and every cell of our physical body and our mental and emotional bodies raise their vibrational frequency. I invite you to integrate the spirit that you are into your human being and to be a source of pristine energy, of elevated frequency, for you, for your child, who is also light, energy and love.
